If you need to complete a background check, please download the form below, complete it and have it notarized and return it to the Church Office. Please allow 2 weeks for background checks to be completed before you are scheduled to volunteer. You must login to view this information.

Redeemer’s facilities are available primarily for ministry related purposes. If you would like to reserve a space for a ministry related event at Redeemer, please complete the following Form. The form is submitted to the Church Office and then sent to the Session for review and approval. You must login to view this information.
