Facilities Manager

Job Description: 
Redeemer Church, a growing church in Evans, GA, is expanding its staff and is looking for a part time (20 hours per week) Facilities Manager.  The main duties of the job will be to maintain the cleanliness of the buildings, including areas used by Redeemer Preschool and The Oaks School.  In addition, the ideal candidate will have maintenance experience and be able to make minor repairs as well as supervisor contractors as needed.

Job Qualifications:

  The ideal candidate will be an evangelical Christian that is a member of a Bible believing church.  The candidate must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as well as stand, squat, move items and perform other physical activities for extended periods of time.  The position hours are flexible but will need to be performed in the afternoon/evening outside of school and ministry event hours.  A self -starter with good communications skills is a must.  Also, must be able to use a computer in order to send and receive email, complete basic spreadsheets or checklists.
